By giving us a mobile number, ticking the consent box on our booking form, or replying to one of our messages, you agree to receive text messages from Clara Commercial Cleaning about your enquiry or your service.
How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
The instant estimate on this website is an estimate, not a quote. It is a genuine range for a typical facility of that size and type. The real price depends on floor types, traffic, how detailed the scope needs to be and how much periodic work is included. The walkthrough is free and the written price that follows it is fixed.
The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation. You keep the written scope whether or not you hire us.
Service runs month to month with one month's notice to cancel. The promises made on our website — the weekly walk, the 24-hour correction, the inspection credit and the 30-day first month — are set out in your written agreement. Where this page and your signed agreement differ, your agreement governs.
Clara Commercial Cleaning is insured, and we issue a certificate of insurance naming your organisation before the first visit. Ask at the walkthrough.
