Clara Commercial Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services to facilities in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the message you asked for, and those providers are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, use the instant estimate, call us or reply to one of our messages, we may collect:

Your name and the name of your facility
Telephone number and email address
Town or service address
What you told us about your building and what you need
Date and time of the enquiry, and the content of messages between us

How we use it

To arrange and carry out your walkthrough
To prepare your written scope and your quote
To contact you about your enquiry, your schedule and work in progress
To send transactional text messages — appointment confirmations, arrival times, follow-ups about your enquiry, and occasional requests for feedback after work is done
To keep our own business records and meet tax and legal obligations

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, or tick the consent box on our booking form, you may receive text messages from us about your enquiry or your service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can hire us, or get a quote from us, without agreeing to receive texts.
The consent box on our form is separate, is never pre-ticked, and is never bundled with accepting this policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

With the people who do the work — our own crew and supervisors, so they can serve your building.
With service providers who run our systems on our behalf. Our scheduling and communication systems are operated for us by BlueWorks, and messages are delivered through a telephony provider. They process your information only to provide that service to us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing purposes, including with affiliates.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, for as long as you are with us and a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. If you asked for a quote and did not go ahead, we keep it for a short period in case you come back to us, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Stop text messages — reply STOP to any message.
See, correct or delete what we hold about you — email or call us using the details below and we will deal with it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Security

We use access controls and reputable third-party platforms to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

We work in childcare and school facilities, but our services are sold to organisations and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
